Swerdlow Group has built millions of square feet of residential, retail, industrial, office and telecom space during the past 15 years. The Company's projects have received numerous awards for planning, design, engineering and construction excellence. The following pages highlight a select group of successfully developed projects:

Retail - Swerdlow Group has developed dozens of local and regional shopping centers throughout the country. Most recently the Company developed the Dolphin Mall, a 1.4 million s.f. regional outlet mall and entertainment complex in Miami, Florida, Great Mall of the Bay Area, a 1.25 million square foot shopping center in Milpitas, California and Las Olas Riverfront, a 260,000 s.f. festival entertainment center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Residential - The Company has built several single and multi-family residential projects including West Lake Village, a 770-unit, single-family project in Hollywood, Florida. Most recently, the company has begun the development of Biscayne Landing, a 190-acre residential in-fill development in North Miami.

Office - Swerdlow Group has built several office parks and office buildings throughout the country including the 700,000 s.f. Triangle Plaza in Chicago and the 2.2 million s.f. World Gate Office Park in Northern Virginia.

Industrial - The Company most recently developed approximately 800,000 s.f. of fully leased Class A industrial space at its Dolphin Commerce Center project.

Telecom/Data Centers - The Company constructed hurricane-resistant, Internet data centers for Telefonica, Cable & Wireless and BellSouth.
