Olas Riverfront - This 260,000 s.f. festival entertainment
complex is in the heart of downtown Ft. Lauderdale on the
New River. The project features upscale retail shops, restaurants
and nightclubs and was completed in 1999. It draws approximately
1.7 million people per year.
