Las Olas Riverfront is a 260,000 s.f. festival entertainment complex is in the heart of downtown Ft. Lauderdale along New River. The project features upscale retail shops, restaurants and nightclubs and was completed in 1999. It draws approximately 1.7 million people per year and serves as the cornerstone to the burgeoning Ft. Lauderdale nightlife.
