Michael J. Swerdlow
Mr. Swerdlow, President of Swerdlow Group, has served in such capacity for
Swerdlow Group and its predecessors for more than 25 years.
During that time, he has been involved in all aspects of the
real estate business and he provides overall strategic direction
to the company. Mr. Swerdlow is actively involved in
all aspects of Swerdlow Group's business including the
evaluation and selection of new development opportunities,
major architectural design decisions and key professional
resource decisions.
Brett M. Dill
Mr. Dill, President of Swerdlow Group, joined the company from Colony
Capital, Inc., and assists with acquisitions, new business development
and the development of corporate strategy. While at Colony, Mr. Dill
was responsible for the identification and evaluation of new investment
opportunities as well as strategic oversight of the firm's investment
portfolio. Prior to joining Colony, Mr. Dill worked in the Los Angeles
office of KPMG Peat Marwick, where he was a member of the real estate
and financial institutions group.
Sidney Atzmon
Mr. Atzmon, Executive Vice President of Development, has been with Swerdlow Group and its predecessors for almost 20 years. During that
time, he has been responsible for various development projects
and all of Swerdlow Group's planning, permitting and construction
activities. Swerdlow Group benefits from Mr. Atzmon's
substantial knowledge and experience with South Florida's
land use, land development and permitting rules and regulations.
Prior to joining Swerdlow Group, Mr. Atzmon worked for
Jones Lang Wooton and Tishman Realty in various capacities.
Richard Swerdlow
Mr. Swerdlow, Chief Operating Officer, joined Swerdlow Group in 2001
and is responsible for Operations and Marketing at the group's
projects. Prior to joining Swerdlow Group, Mr. Swerdlow founded Everything
Wireless, a wireless products cataloger and retailer which he grew from
a start up to a $50 million business with over 100 employees.
Mr. Swerdlow previously practiced law in the Public
Finance Department of Greenberg Traurig in Miami, Florida and is a member
of the New York and Florida Bar Associations.
Roger LeBlanc
Mr. LeBlanc, Executive Vice President, has been with Swerdlow Group and its predecessors in excess of 25 years. During that
time, he has been responsible for property management, asset
management, leasing and retail development. Mr. LeBlanc is
primarily responsible for all of Swerdlow Group's retail
development and has extensive relationships with a majority
of Swerdlow Group's retail tenants.
Theodore R. Stotzer
Mr. Stotzer, Senior Vice President and General Counsel is responsible
for the legal and corporate compliance activities, administration of
document regulation and transaction closings of Swerdlow Group. Mr.
Stotzer has been employed by Swerdlow Group and its predecessors in
excess of 25 years. Previously, he held similar positions with Hall
Properties, Inc. and Charter Company.
Guillermo Olmedillo
Mr. Olmedillo joined Swerdlow Group in January, 2001.
Previously he spent 16 years in public office; 8 ½
years as the Director of the Department of Planning and Zoning
for Miami-Dade County and, prior to that, 7 ½
years in the City of Miami as Deputy Director for
its Planning and Zoning Department. Before his relocation
to South Florida, Mr. Olmedillo was a Regional Planning Director
in Venezuela and headed his own development firm for eight
years.
Kenneth J. Scott, CPA
Mr. Scott, Chief Financial Officer, has been employed by the Swerdlow
Group for six years and is responsible for financial accounting and
reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, cash management and real estate
loan aquisition and maintenance. Prior to joining the Swerdlow Group,
Mr. Scott worked with several Boston area real estate companies including
Manley Berenson Associates and Continental Realty Credit. Mr. Scott
was also a Manager in the Boston office of Coopers & Lybrand.
