Biscayne Landing - The Company is close to completing
the Government approvals and lease with the City of North
Miami for the 175 acre Munisport site. The mixed-use residential
project will include the development of 2,250 residential
units, a 100,000 s.f. community shopping center, a hotel and
recreational facilities.
