The principals of SJM Partners have an extensive development history spanning over 40 years of real estate development and over 30 million square feet developed. Swerdlow Group and SJM Partners have partnered on Sawyers Walk/Block 55. Moving forwards, SJM Partners and Swerdlow Group are excited to pursue more opportunities in South Florida with a particular emphasis on building affordable and workforce housing, big box retailers and industrial space.
