Project Details

The South Florida Industrial Park encompassed 168 acres of land between Stirling Road and Sheridan Street, from I-95 west to the CSX Railway lines. The close proximity to both highway and rail transportation made this an excellent location for light industrial use. Swerdlow owned, leased and managed numerous buildings within the industrial park.
