GABRIEL lUTZKY

Building Operations Manager

Gabriel Lutzky is a development manager with The Swerdow Group. Raised in Miami Beach, Gabriel was first exposed to real estate and design through his mother’s work as an architect. Global travel further fostered his appreciation for all styles of structures and their ability to enhance the communities around them.

Mr. Lutzky joined The Swerdlow Group in 2021, starting as project manager with the ownership representation team of Block 55, an over 1.2 million square foot mixed use project, featuring big box retail, a corporate headquarters, and 578 senior affordable housing units. He accompanied the project from groundbreaking to completion, coordinating with the design teams and general contractor, managing the permitting process and drawing revisions, as well as on site construction management.

After completion, Gabriel transitioned into a property management role. Since opening the project to the public, Gabriel has worked on the completion of tenant buildouts, retailer relations, and all aspects of building operations.

Mr. Lutzky attended Vanderbilt University, holding degrees in Corporate Strategy and Psychology.
