Jorge Chirinos is a seasoned accounting and finance executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in real estate development, construction, technology, and multinational organizations. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for strengthening financial operations, improving reporting processes, and providing strategic financial leadership that supports sustainable business growth.

As a Controller and Director of Accounting, Jorge has led complex accounting functions for multi-entity organizations managing portfolios of up to 89 legal entities. He has extensive expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, construction and project accounting, investor reporting, audit coordination, internal controls, and system implementations, including Sage Intacct, Yardi, and Sage 300. He has successfully partnered with executive leadership, developers, lenders, investors, auditors, and operational teams to deliver accurate financial information that drives sound business decisions.

Throughout his career, Jorge has held senior leadership positions with prominent organizations including Shoma Group, Location Ventures, Codina Partners, Leapfactor, ICA-Facchina Construction, FTI Consulting, Starcom Mediavest Group, and Cornerstone Group. He is recognized for developing high-performing accounting teams, streamlining financial processes, and implementing scalable systems that improve operational efficiency and financial transparency.

Jorge holds a Master of Science in Taxation and a Bachelor of Accounting from Florida International University. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he combines technical expertise with collaborative leadership and a commitment to operational excellence. His ability to align financial strategy with organizational objectives has made him a trusted advisor to executive leadership and a valuable contributor to complex real estate development and construction projects.
