LEONARDO ARIPPOL

VP Development

Leonardo Arippol was born and raised in Milan, Italy and attended Florida International University, where he obtained a Bachelor and Master degree in Construction Management.

Mr. Arippol has worked in many areas of real estate, including property management, project management, design and construction supervision. He is a Florida licensed Certified General Contractor and Real Estate Broker. Prior to leading development projects at Swerdlow, Mr. Arippol spent several years as a development manager at the Related Group. Mr. Arippol worked in the Affordable Housing Division and began as an Assistant Construction Manager, working his way up to Project Manager, and eventually Development Manager where he managed the financing, development, and stabilization of developments ranging from Affordable Housing to Mixed-Income Workforce Housing with a total value over $303 million.

Mr. Arippol notably procured entitlements and permits for 12 multifamily developments in one year – demonstrating great ability in navigating State and Local governmental regulatory requirements.

Mr. Arippol also worked for several years with the Integral Group, where he most notably managed the development and financing of the first two phases of Cypress at Ardendale, a 470 unit HUD’s Choice Neighborhood development in partnership with the Housing Authority of Baton Rouge and the City-Parish of Baton Rouge.
