Nicholas Swerdlow is Senior Vice President of The Swerdlow Group, where he oversees the coordination of all development activities across the firm’s portfolio, including zoning and permitting, financing, leasing, and construction. He plays a key role in monitoring project progress to ensure the successful delivery of complex, large-scale developments.

Most recently, he oversaw development of Sawyer’s Walk / Block 55, a transformative 1.4 million square foot mixed-use project in Downtown Miami. Fronting I-95, the development serves as a catalyst for the revitalization of the Overtown district and integrates affordable and housing, Class-A retail anchors such as Target, Ross, and Burlington, and a 120,000 square foot headquarters for a global cruise line.

Nicholas is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and remains actively engaged in the visual arts community through his involvement with ICA Miami, as well as in educational initiatives at Ransom Everglades School.
